New for 2008, Casa Peppe is
situated in its own grounds & is simply stunning. The
villa sleeps up to 8 people with the use of a sofabed in
the lounge. Casa Peppe is decorated & furnished to a
very high standard, with marble and tiled floors
throughout. The villa is of split level design with the
lounge, bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor,
and the kitchen and second shower room on the lower
ground floor which is accessed via a marble staircase.
The pool area is private & secluded with a large terrace
for sunbathing and is situated at the rear of the villa.
There is a substatial covered terrace area to the front
of the villa for al-fresco eating during those long hot
summer days. The villa is not overlooked and has almost
360 degree veiws of the local countryside. The lounge is
afforded unobstructed veiws thanks to large picture
windows on 3 sides. This villa offers total luxury at an
affordable price.
